CNC Machinist – Mazak | 1st & 2nd Shift | ProCharger Performance Brand

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to support our expanding production team in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop with modern equipment and strong leadership support.

What You’ll Do (CNC Machinist Responsibilities)
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak preferred)
- Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances
- Work closely with senior machinists, engineering, and quality teams
- Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly
- Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions
- Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of CNC milling experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
- Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- Mazatrol programming experience (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)
- Mastercam programming experience
- Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site
- 1st or 2nd shift available
- Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
